1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on VAYDOORYAM for delivery in India. The seller is VAYDOORYAM. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Products and prices

We take care to describe products accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Prices are in INR and include GST where the product page says so. If we discover a pricing error we will tell you before shipping and you may confirm or cancel the order.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider at checkout.

4. Delivery, returns and refunds

5. Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Courts in the city of our registered office have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer right to bring a claim where you live.
