Authenticity and quality

Every piece is inspected before dispatch. The product page states the metal, plating and stones used. If a piece is not as described, or a manufacturing fault appears under normal wear, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Normal wear such as scratches, plating wear through daily use, or damage from chemicals and water is not a manufacturing fault. See the care guide to keep your jewellery looking its best.
